Reading and navigation
The site uses semantic headings, descriptive link text, a keyboard-accessible navigation menu, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link. Topic and article pages remain readable without JavaScript. Images include alternative text where they convey information; repeated decorative thumbnails are marked accordingly.
Keyboard controls
Use Tab to move among links and controls and Enter to activate a link. The mobile menu is a button with an expanded or collapsed state. Escape closes an open menu and returns focus to its button. FAQ questions use native disclosure elements and can be opened from the keyboard.
Motion and display
The design stays in a light color scheme. Layouts adapt to smaller screens, text can be enlarged using browser controls, and content does not require hover to become available. Decorative animation and smooth scrolling are disabled when the browser reports a preference for reduced motion.
Printing and reading feeds
Articles and the discussion guide have print-specific styling that removes navigation and preserves the main reading content. Browser print commands are available even without the on-page print button. The RSS feed offers the articles in a feed-reader format.
Scope and limitations
These are implemented features, not a claim of formal accessibility certification or compatibility with every assistive-technology configuration. External reference websites and your browser’s print or clipboard interfaces are outside the site’s control. This edition has no audio episodes requiring transcripts.
Report a barrier
Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device or browser involved. Include assistive technology details only when you are comfortable doing so. Do not send passwords, account data, or other sensitive information.
A specific description helps identify whether the problem concerns navigation, visual presentation, content structure, or an external service. The contact page provides the same email link without a required form.
